With some browsers the zip file from the store gets no extension after downloading.
In the Windows Explorer: right click on the file to rename or press F2 it and add “.zip”. Click OK when Windows warns you about changing the extension. The file is a regular zip file, so after this you should be able to unzip the file with Windows Explorer or any other zip tool.
